What to Expect When You Step Into S\WET
Here, everyone starts where they are—and leaves stronger.
Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at—and then push you further than you thought possible. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or leveling up your grind, our instructors are here to guide you, challenge you, and celebrate every step you take forward.
Lights low. Music loud. Vibes unapologetically high. (Need a little backup? We’ve got complimentary earplugs.)
TRAIN and RESET classes go down barefoot—so you stay grounded, locked in, and fully connected to every move. Got a medical need for shoes? No sweat—just give your instructor a heads up. Mats and towels are provided. The room is heated with infrared heat between 85–92°, with a cooler METHOD class option flowing around 75°.
RIDE classes require cycling shoes. Our STAGES SC2 bikes are SPD and Delta Look compatible—and rental shoes are available if you need ‘em. Clip in, tune out, and ride your own rhythm.
Ride
RIDE is our signature cycling experience — a high-intensity cardio journey like no other. Driven by the beat, powered by the pack, and led by instructors who bring the fire, RIDE delivers a full-body workout that goes beyond the bike. Expect killer programming, a concert-worthy sound system, and one weight track to level up your strength. This is where S\WET meets pure exhilaration. Explore either Ride 45, Ride 60, and theme rides throughout the week.
Train
TRAIN is our signature strength and conditioning series, designed to challenge your body and elevate your mind. Each class offers a unique approach to full-body training, combining functional movement, intentional programming, and a powerful atmosphere to help you feel strong, grounded, and unstoppable.
S\WET BUILD
A dynamic blend of strength and explosive movements. Utilizing bodyweight, resistance bands, and dumbbells, this class keeps your workout engaging and effective. Embrace the challenge and opt for heavier weights in this full-body lifting session. Heated with infrared heat.
S\WET METHOD
A hybrid full-body conditioning class that fuses creative movements with music for a cathartic experience. This session focuses on lengthening, toning, and tightening essential muscles to enhance ease of movement. Designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility—all in one powerhouse session. Heated with infrared heat.
WORK
Step into your power with WORK, our unique mix of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, band work, dynamic core training, and bursts of cardio—all set in our welcoming, gently heated TRAIN room. Just bring your energy and a water bottle; we’ll supply the mat for a full-body, invigorating experience that pushes your limits in the best way.
RESET
This class blends vinyasa flow with athletic stretching and restorative poses to support improved mobility, flexibility, and overall function. It’s the recovery your body needs — and a non-negotiable part of any well-rounded routine. Heated gently with infrared warmth to help you go deeper and release tension. Round out your recovery with a post-class sauna session to keep the detox flowing and the vibes high.
