Just yourself! We have water, towels, mats, cycle shoes, and everything you need for class. Our TRAIN/RESET classes are all done barefoot. If you require sneakers please bring in a clean pair and let your instructor know you need them. No outdoor shoes are allowed in the RIDE/TRAIN rooms.

All TRAIN/RESET classes will be barefoot for optimal function and benefit! If you have any issues that require you to train in sneakers, please just let your instructor know.

If it is your first visit then please arrive 15 minutes early.  Doors open 10 minutes before class.  If you are not here within 3 minutes of class start time and the class is full then your spot may be given away. 

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all participants, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start will not be permitted to join. Please plan accordingly and arrive early when possible!

Classes may be canceled up to 6 hours prior to the start of class without a fee. Classes canceled after the 6 hour window will incur a $15 fee. If a client on an unlimited membership no-shows, they will incur a $25 fee. If a client no-shows on a drop in, class pack, or 8x a month membership, they will lose a class credit.

If you no-show your sauna appointment, you will be charged for a full session ($30). If you late cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, you will be charged $15.

Minors who are at least 12 years of age, meet the minimum height requirement of 4’11” to participate in RIDE, and must have a legal guardian be present to sign a waiver in person/in studio.  All riders between the ages of 12-17 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

If you are on a waitlist, you will automatically be enrolled in class if a spot becomes available. If a spot opens up and you are booked into class, you will be notified by email. The waitlist will close 1 hour before class starts. If a spot becomes available during that hour, we will book you into class if we can reach you by phone or if you are in the studio. If you do not make it off the waitlist, you will get the credit back on your account. If you are on your way and would like to let us know please call 603-205-0867.

S\WET classes are a place for you to unplug! No cell phones permitted in class unless you have an emergency or medical need. Please let your instructor know. 

45 mins. We will also have some 60 minute options.

We have 3lb up to 50lb. Your instructor will guide you on the appropriate weight for class!

If you have a committed membership with us, we allow you to bring a NEW guest each month! 

We’ve built our space with an ERV system that provides improved indoor air by removing pollutants and exchanging indoor air with fresh filtered air.  We will also provide equipment wipes and all surfaces will be cleaned before and after each class.
